Rent the Van Horn Mansion

Our picturesque event center is perfect for those seeking a historic backdrop. Take advantage of the indoors year-round, and during the warmer months enjoy the large backyard and wrap-around porch.

Need to Know

  • The kitchen contains 1 refrigerator/freezer, 2 stoves/ovens, and plenty of counter space.
  • We offer a variety of amenities, including chairs, tables, tablecloths, kitchen supplies, and some event décor. 
  • Decorated for Christmas: Nov. 10 - Jan. 10. The Van Horn Mansion is lovingly decorated in Victorian and Vintage styles.

Requirements

  • Your time must include set-up, preparation, clean up, etc.
  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% with signed contract is required to reserve your date/s.
  • Alcohol is permitted with pre-approval only (no hard liquor)
  • No smoking on the premises.

Rent the Country Village

The Country Village has two large lawns to hold parties or gatherings, perfect for parking and party space. Our various structures are a fabulous backdrop for country themed gatherings and fun photos! The Village is a unique locale for those who want something different.

Need to Know

  • As this is a mostly outdoor space, the property is only available from May through October.
  • Lawns are available; buildings need approval before use. The property has a small bathroom, so all events must supply portable facilities.
